Hotel a Catena montuosa del Rila

“Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later...

“It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

“Le stanze non sono insonorizzate bene, ma fortunatamente ho sempre i tappi con me per dormire, altrimenti sarebbe stato difficile dormire tranquilli al primo piano. Le stanze sono pulite, nessun problema da questo punto di vista ma mancava un bollitore d’acqua con il te perfino nelle stanze superior. La spa ammetteva bambini, quindi c’era tantissimo casino sempre, un po’ impossibile rilassarsi. Colazione super e cena buffet pure. Bel panorama sulle montagne. Rapporto qualità prezzo mediocre,...

“Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. ”

“Bell’albergo, posizione ottima, ma il personale andrebbe riformato o cambiato - niente inglese, scortesia. Al ristorante punto DOLENTE. Cibo senza indicazioni di ingredienti - io intollerante al lattosio e vegetariana non capivo che cosa fossero i piatti, alla domanda cosa fosse - mi ricevevo un “Non lo so”. Al ristorante ci hanno trattato diverse volte come persone non grate o come se volessimo scappare. Niente saluto al ricevimento, neanche ricambiato. 5 stelle indicato è solo per bellezza”

“This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. ”
